Who we are

Getparkmates is an event parking reservation service operated by Getparkmates LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

When you reserve parking at checkout, we collect exactly:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your mobile phone number
• Your vehicle's license plate
• An optional vehicle description (for example, "Blue Tahoe")

We do not require an account and we do not collect passwords. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor — your card number never touches our servers.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your parking pass
• To send your receipt and pass by email
• To let the lot operator identify and admit your vehicle
• To handle cancellations, refunds, and support requests

Who we share it with

• Stripe — to process your payment
• Supabase — our hosting and database provider
• Our email provider — to send your receipt and pass
• The lot operator — your license plate and confirmation code, so they can admit your vehicle

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Deleting your data

Email support@getparkmates.com from the address you used at checkout and we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep records for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
